Does anybody knows about my father's mtDNA T2d? Is this Indian line? Where is the most prevalent?

You may want to test your fathers MTdna line further. There is just only a Pakistani individual on YFull under T2d* only. And a handful of Indian individuals on there.
Try an mtdna subclade predictor that utilizes 23&me (like this one) raw data to locate what downstream clade he is in. As a prediction I believe it may be T2d2 —> T2d2a, but after T2d2a it gets fuzzy around this area and it could be either or.. with many Balkan and or Caucasian individuals along these clades.

I still believe it maybe T2d2 (>T2d2a). It would take a FTdna MTdna full sequence to do the job in locating his further clade(s). They aren’t as much expensive as the Y-DNA tests. IIRCA they’re about 50$ per test, probably less so during the holidays, if when you’re able to I’d recommend.
