Anyway, Hitler looks more like the average German than a Scandinavian. Sub-nordic is what I picture when I think of an average German regardless of hair color.

Unironically Hitler looked like a continental Kelt, since we are talking about ancient Keltic phenotypes. Alec Guiness was a great cast- he had the facial expression/ features to go along with the role.

80% blue+gray+green eyes

South Germany:30-40% blond+medium brown+red
55-60% light eyes

I agree with this. It is pretty similar to my statistics. However always put in mind that the difference between northern and southern Germans isn't that great after all.

Northern Germans = 65% fair-haired (light blond to light medium brown shades) and 76% light-eyed (blue to green shades)
Central Germans = 62% fair-haired and 70% light-eyed
Southern Germans = 57% fair-haired and 60% light-eyed

The word Germanics came from the language which came as an Indo-European language and so the R1b haplogroup. Scandinavians who are blonde and blue eyed and I1 are Nordics but back then Romans called everyone North of them Germanics without making any distinctions and thus Scandinavians also got branded Germanics when they’re not. The confusion is going on till this day with people saying blonde and blue eyed is a Germanic trait which again is false it’s a Nordic trait

Yes well said because I1 is associated with lighter features however they’re not really Germanic if they’re I1 because Germanic term came from Indo-Europeans to denote them, they are just Nordic

What is this bs? True Germans are dark. Germanic is an Indoeuropean language group that came with dark R1b. Blondes are Nordic. It’s like an Indian bringing Hindi to Canada and 100 years later a Chinese is called Hindi because he’s from that area and speaks it
