If it’s sheep’s skin it’s probably water stains. Your only option would be to use leather cleaner or get it cleaned professionally. There are videos on YouTube that explain how to do it at home.

If you have a dry cleaner you trust, take it there at let them give you an assessment on how to clean the spots. If it is something you can do on your own, go for it. If it is something that a professional should handle. Let 'em. If you aren't sure, go to another one and get a second opinion. Nothing worse than screwing a nice jacket up by doing something stupid instead of paying a few bucks to someone who knows what they are doing.
