Who is this guy? Who films? Is he Romanian himself? And I guess that slum is mostly inhabitated by gypsies?
In the moonlit dance of evening's grace, Roma women with beauty, hearts ablaze. Eyes that glimmer like stars in night, Their laughter, a song, pure delight.
With flowing skirts and steps so light, They spin through life, a vibrant sight. Jewels that glint and hair that flows, In their presence, a garden grows.
Roma men with courage bold, Stories of their bravery told. Through trials and paths unknown, Their strength and honor brightly shown.
With hearts as wild as open skies, They face the world with fearless eyes. Protectors of their kin and kind, In every shadow, light they find.
Together in a timeless dance, Of love and life, a fierce romance. The Roma spirit, free and strong, In every heartbeat, in every song.
Through fields and forests, roads unplanned, They roam the world, a nomad band. Beautiful women, heroic men, In the Roma, life’s magic begins again.

Don't be lazy, having others do the hard work for you. Watch it and he will tell you.

next to Ferentari there's Rahova, similar in criminality but a bit cleaner, that's why it doesn't get the same popularity, it's not as spectacular.
though all these travelers who come to visit Ferentari could double the fun with a walk in the neighbouring Rahova

I’m an Englishman living in Almaty, and spent time in Odesa, Yerevan, Tbilisi, Bishkek and Moscow…and I can say that’s just how it is. Looks grim and is pretty grim but it’s nothing too ghetto. Just drug addicts and poor people…no proper gang stuff.
To be honest I feel more intimidated in my home city of Birmingham in England in the wrong area.
The brutalist architecture is foreboding but inside you just have babushkas watching out for your safety lol"

He is an Australian Youtuber who goes by the name of Spanian.
He is apparently half Spanish descent.
He is an ex convict, had spent many years in prison for drug related crimes mainly stolen goods and also some assaults.
Like many ex cons he has gone down the avenue of Youtubing , his initial podcasts were about his experience in Prison and he interviewed
several people in the crime world. Recently he has turned towards food and travel blogging.
He has a somewhat charismatic persona in a way and so far seems to be doing well in the youtube gig.
Spanian almost gets into fight with aboriginal guy in Redfern a somewhat rough suburb with significant aboriginal population.
Back in my very early 20's I worked in company near there and had to get the train to Redfern station. It was much rougher then than it is now.

Looking like that you are less prone to be robbed. Interesting YouTuber.

doesn't look particularly dangerous to me, just your average run down residential neighbourhood in eastern Europe
