It's western european downstream of R1b>P310, it looks like it peaks in modern Britain.

Thank you! I had a look at the hubby's lineage and traced it down with surname and confirmed the location. There are two haplogroups in this area with this surname. One is R-FT12812 and the other is R-M269.
So I can be pretty sure he is R1b.

It is a descendant of R-L21\R-DF13. Same haplogroup branch as mine. Fairly common paternal line among Britons and Irish descents.
