Some of the J-L283 in Albanians might of originated on the adriatic coast such as J-PH1751 and some other from tribes such as Albanoi or Taulanti, the rest I believe came more inland of the Balkans with the E-V13 , R1b and some others, such as the Dardani or Moesia they had Thracian influence possibly. Nish-Shtip-Shkup in Dardania area or Moesia is a good candidate for Proto-Albanian or it was there during the Roman period. There was a demographic decline during the fall of the Roman Empire and then demographic growth again, eventually creating a bottle neck effect of these lineages. One sample in Shkupi in Dardania is already R1b-Z2103 and one sample in Nish was E-V13 for example. Or somewhere in Moesia. Some of the E-V13 moved into the coast at one point before returning back later.
