Both. But not just a regular tea, different ones, herbal etc. Became an addict this year.

Coffee. Green tea is okay on occasion. Must be something with the tannins or something with black tea as it has a way of unsettling my stomach (much higher quality of tannic acid than coffee).

I drink four cups of coffee each day, but I once drank a mug of green tea each night. I had my first Folger's after the doctor slapped my butt in the delivery room.
