How common is the woman on the right?

uncommon - if found, only in Moldova region or of recent Moldovan ancestry (which many Romanians in other regions have, due to decades of exodus from Moldova region for work). the other one looks very common.

edit: uncommon in this blond form, while same face and eyes with brown or darker hair is not overly uncommon in northeast Romania, doesn't stand out too much. this girl is dyed as well, could be light brown/dark blond haired
