How Christians are treated in Israel.

I don't know. There is a history of animosity between Christians and Muslims in Lebanon. Think of the Sabra and Shatila massacres, that was supported by the IDF.

We regard them as our brothers, and likewise, they reciprocate the sentiment. It's notable that many among their community serve in the Israeli army.

I believe but why was there such a large number of supporters of 7 October among the Druze according to these statistics? did they change their mind?

I just wanted to visit the Christian part of Lebanon, that's why I ask this question because I don't want to associate with people who support the massacres of Jews.
