That's not what I said. Do the math: you're 79% European + 21% non-European (out of which not all is Indian). It basically means that one of your "grandparent" has attributed you 4% European and 21% non-European genetics. Scale that up (mulitply by 4) and you'll see that's about 16% European genetics that he/she had. That's probably something like some Oriental country. Of course, I did not took possibility that both grandparents on your mom side share smaller non-European genes, or that you picked more European genes from them. I guess for that you would need her to do DNA test and then extract the result she inherited from her parents.

No Balkan_Roma is not only "non-european", that is the reason. Not what you say, if you split up "Balkan-Roma" in ancient or proto populations there is some european, that doesnt mean they were not full roma or only half. Or that only one grandparent was a roma. I know my mums ancestry. It is like indians have some "aryan" but in modern calculator they are hundred percent indian.
The Roma spirit, free and strong, In every heartbeat, in every song.
Through fields and forests, roads unplanned, They roam the world, a nomad band. Beautiful women, heroic men, In the Roma, life’s magic begins again.
"The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly. I am the good shepherd: the good shepherd giveth his life for the sheep." (John 10:10-11)

We're talking about how you can DNA model your ancestors here. I am not saying she your mom is not fully Roma, this is a sense of ethnic belonging, a culture, something these tests can't tell. I have almost all of my ancestors Slavs but I got 79% Balkans and Greece, and almost no Slavs at all in the DNA test results. Doesn't mean they're not Slavs.
