Yes, abortion is much worse than active eugenics (sterilisation).

Abortion is not even changing or improving the quality of the black population, which continues to deteriorate,

but abortion would be immoral even if it DID improve the population. There are moral/ethical ways of doing so.

I don't support sterilization otherwise. Abortion is just plain murder unless fetus is so much deformed it would live in suffering (not down syndrome but much worse deformations) or life of mother is threatened (out of womb pregnancy etc)
