Dinarid phenotype is known to be formed as a mix of ancient Aegean peoples and Celtic/Slavic people. Since there are a lot of Italian Dinarids and Dinaro-Meds but Italians have almost no proto-Slavic admixture, does it mean that Dinarid in Italy is a result of mixing with Celts? (Italians are mostly R1b with can be a sign of Celtic admixture).

Because Romans themselves were descendants of Celto-Italic people.
