You can just say that it's bad for genetics (there is no healthy population that has practiced it long-term), but that as long as you're getting laid by multiple women, you couldn't care less that it has any drawbacks.
Anyway, I'm not debating it. The genetics of Pakistanis and the inbred baby graveyards in Mormon communities speak for themselves.
