Growing up, I had ash blonde hair. Then I started shaving around 25 due to noticeable hair loss, but my hair was still pretty much an ash blonde that'd look darker in-doors and get really blonde with sun exposure. My facial hair is the same way even to this day. Actually, I have a tiny bit of red in it.
I think OP would've been better off just looking up a statistic on it.. Anecdotal evidence makes for nice conversation but ultimately ain't worth shit. lol.

Aside they arent (You dont know Turks better than me and your approach is more in line with British orientalism); Turkey is a country with muslim population, western and phenotypically whiter people are the most westernized/secularized and eastern people who are phenotypically Caucasus/Mesapotamian are more religious and less involved in TV world and any kind of art. So thats a religious/regional factor, if theres any.

I have seen a bit of Turkish soaps and Turkish TV channels since I was a kid and I have to say Turks are diverse crowd. A majority looks European, with even a few blonds here and there, but predominantly brunet if we ignore the dyed hair of women. But there are plenty of dark MENA looking actors too and even a few obvious Turanids here and there. I suspect it shows Turks as they are, except more attractive because you select good looking actors and models even for the roles.

I'd wager they would be on par with the English as a whole. The regions where there is significant Italian/Sicilian influence are a bit less, while the Midwest where Germans and Scandinavians went is a bit more. Americans sometimes associate blondness with the Midwest.

Yeah that is true, but it is exaggerated how much German and Scandinavian blood Americans have, even in the Midwest. Midwest is a mix of many ethnic strains like the rest of the country and there is more British Isles in it than anything else taken separately, with the exception of Wisconsin, Minnesota and Dakotas.

White Americans as a whole are for sure less blond than any part of the UK. German Americans are mostly Southern Germans and the Scandinavian Americans are a tiny bunch in numbers.

German-Americans mostly don't exist anymore, as their living descendants are mostly Euro-mutts. What proof that he show for his claim of them being mostly from South? All I know for sure is I read that the majority of German immigrants were Protestants like in Germany at the time (19th and early 20th centuries) and the minority Catholics were a majority of big city Germans. I get this from reading online, in English 'The American Commonwealth' by Viscount James Bryce, a British historian and politician of late 19th and early 20th century.
