Please read thread title, it is not a neighbour of Hungary. Besides, I wouldn't agree that Poland is a better match than these two anyway because in general European populations look closest to their direct neigbours.

Southern Poles definitely look more like Hungarians than western Ukrainians do, so you're wrong there.

I'm not that familiar with Hungarian looks I guess, because I wouldn't think they look that similar to Austrians. Idk if I would put Romanians that low, especially after Ukrainians, because Hungarians and Romanians have a lot of overlap imo - while Ukrainians in general are a bit too Eastern looking in comparison to Hungarians. But outside of that your ranking seems logical.
