My first guess with the first photo was MENA (Middle Eastern or North African), but the second photo makes me say maybe Italy, Spain, France, or Turkey.

North Pontid + Dinarid ? The Dinarid side would explain the height.
You have big lips and eyes, rather Med features, and high eyebrows, which isn't linked with any phenotype in particular, as far as I know. I have those three features, and I'm between Gracile Med, Atlantid and Alpine according to TA users, but you definitely have an Eastern Europe vibe.
