I suppose, it wouldn't come from Britons or French. Her hair looks dyed/white anyway, and she just looks English.

As i have said before it is actually rare to find completely Scandinavian looking people even in the most Scandinavian descended areas i.e east Yorkshire, north east Scotland and Shetland but i think some Scandinavian traits have sort of become absorbed into the native British population.
