From my sources. The Southeastern English aren't too different from the Welsh as a whole, but they do show a higher ratio of fair or blond hair.
Fair or blond hair - Wales (>20%) vs Southeastern England (>30%)
Reddish or red hair - Wales (> 10%) vs Southeastern England (>7%)
Blue eyes - Wales (45%) vs Southeastern England (44%)

I've already posted some South Asian cases on the other similar thread so I'll post one that I didn't talk about and it's about East Asia. Basically, I'm 95% sure that Okinawans/Ryukyu Islanders are lighter skinned than most Han Chinese from central China.
I also think Han Chinese are a bit lighter than Mongols.

You might have a point about my cousins or brethren the Dutch. They are well among Europe’s lightest - haired. I already know that they are the lightest - haired in Western Europe.
