Apparently we have this naturalized Portuguese player Camora.https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Camora_(footballer) I don't watch much football, so I didn't know. I usually watch these European and world cup tournaments though.
Edit: Apparently the Portuguese player has not played with the team since late 2023 and is not part of the team that will play in Germany. I guess the only known Romanian player with non-Romanian ancestry is Alibec. I read in a Romanian newspaper online that he is half Tatar. But there might be a few Gypsies or at least one.

If you take history "as is" instead of "preferred parts of it", mixes between any ethnicities are historically normal. But this sentence of yours is a cover for alt-right cuckism. A German patirot's feeling should resemble those of Rothaer's, not standard American alt right cuck's.

If you cannot 100% genetically define a German, there cannot be aconsistency within that position. 3rd Reich in Lebensborn encouraged mixing with scandinavians, as they were Germanics. So if you define that line by mixing between Germanics and others is wrong, you need to find people that are pure Germanic to begin with. Rothears position is not representative for any german nationalist movement historically or present that I am aware of.
Its his position, but its not a position that exclusively defines a patriot or ethno nationalist.

Even many of the White players in the England team are of wholly or partially Irish descent, but I don't really consider that to be 'foreign' as such. Anyway, with that caveat in mind, I see 14 White players, 8 Black and obviously mixed-race players and one White-passing but actually mixed-race player (Cole Palmer).

West Germans mixed with celts, East Germans with Baltics and Slavs, South Germans with balkans-slavs and italian populations.
This almost includes every broad European ethnicities that I am aware of.
What defines a ethnic German is a origin that can and mostly does include partly not Germanic ancestry with Germanic ancestry while being part of the German language and cultural area.
First and foremost I am a German and ethnocentric but I am also a European and prefer generally any European population over any non European population, also a completely normal stance a Mosley, Venner, DeGrelle and Ernst Jünger agreed on.
Region, Country, Europa.
