Like Jakob said, it's not even a boycott at this point. Not buying a product because it has a feature you don't prefer is... just not a boycott. A boycott is more like "Nestle makes half of the things at the store and I will go out of my way to not buy them because xyz moral reasons". Not "hmm, I don't think I would enjoy spending my time on this activity that costs money".
I was going to say "gaming culture is so crazy these days" but then I realized this is probably a problem that exists entirely in Rajputprincess's brain.
