Definitely mixed, his brother can be full NA and not the light type. I don't think I've ever seen an ethnic french that could be mistook for a north african, far from it.

Sorry I meant Tibo's brother, not Tibo. To me tibo doesn't look north african at all.
But his brother could be pokimane's younger brother easily.

Ah, I definitely agree with you then. I think he curls his hair (straight on the photo of him younger), which adds to the NA look. I'd even say that Pokimane, without her makeup, looks fairer than him.
