It's astonishing how much damage a flood can cause. I've never heard of anything so terrible. Waters reaching the height of 10-story buildings, 464 cities affected. This video serves as a warning to the whole world.
This was completely unexpected. Nothing like this has ever happened before. I doubt even meteorologists could have predicted these climate change-induced disasters. It caught everyone completely off guard. The thought that this could happen in other parts of the world is absolutely terrifying.
