As far as sweets go, dulce de leche in any form. This is a slice of cake from one of my favourite cafes.

(Italian) Piazza diavola (pizza with mozzarella, tomato sauce and hot salami) not the American version:



Chinese steamed ravioli with soya sauce



Seafood salad



Pork schnitzel with vinegar krauts



Polenta with stew and mashrooms



Soya spaghetti (or at least the Italian version that Chineses do here)



Ravioli with ricotta cheese, spinach and ragù



I don't like beer, so I go with wine.

Pecorino white wine (Cantina Tollo)



Rosè wine Lancers



I don't like sweets very much but my favourite are:

and tartes (fruit tarte, lemon cream and pine nuts tart, grapes jam tarte, ricotta cheese with pieces of chocolate tarte).

3) Palatinate plate (with vinegar kraut, stuffed pig-stomach, sausage and a liver dumpling):


4) Spaghetti Bolognese (ONLY when my mother cooks it ):



AND OF COURSE FRESH FIGS AND PEACHES FROM MY OWN TREE:
