breakfast is usually the same, 1 piece toast with light amount honey and a black coffe with just a little milk but no sugar.
In my job Im often driving around with another colleague for most of the day.
So many times I buy something simple on the run it could be sushi, or salad bowl with beef.
At dinner its whatever my wife has cooked, usually through the week at dinner I will eat chicken dish 2 or 3 times, beef dish least once and fish least once.
I like spicy food, so a few times during the week at dinner time I will add raw chilli to my food. I sometimes use a chilli sauce but generally i prefer to cut up a raw chilli and add it to my food.
My excercise routine these days pretty simple, will do a few big walks during the week like 5km to 7km each walk, I try do that least twice a week.
A few times a week after work will try do some boxing training either hitting the floor to ceiling strike bag for at least 10 minutes or sometimes the heavy bag for least 5 to 10 minutes.
Otherwise I play table tennis and do soccer training with my son.
(I need to get back into doing weights and push ups which I stopped doing around November last year)
Only vitamins I take is occasional D and C , but I drink a lot of natural orange juice which seems to help I hardly ever get a cold or flu.
This year Im cutting down my alcohol intake compared to last year.
I dont drink during the week , maybe wine on Friday night and on the weekend
maybe some beers with friends or something. But Im not even drinking every weekend which I think is good.

All juices are more hamrful than useful, some bell peppers or pickled cabbage has tens if not hundreds of times more vit C, while juices lead to huge intake of fructose which leads to fatty liver, that's why lots of fruits, even not juices is not good for one's health. Drinking a lot of orange juice is literally like eating kilos of oranges everyday plus you remove the useful fiber, only fructose water with insignificant amount of vits stays. Drinking juices is not better than drinking Cola, especially for kids and toddlers.
