I have some mixed Pontian and northern Greek people. They plot in that northeastern shifted position. I have one from Istanbul who has 9% MENA and a mix of Italian and Balkan.
So my question is this. Who do you think Sicilians are genetically then given how they compare to these Greeks? Why would they plot how they do?

I guess I'd ask, which Greeks seem most similar to them genetically? Cretans were the choice I originally went with, but looking now, the other islands seem closer and Cretans seem more Caucasian-like. There is no viable comparison between Sicilians and mainland Greeks genetically IMO.

Almost all Greeks seem to get similar shares varying more to the individual if this is trustful, plotting seems to differ.
"Mainlanders"/Northern-plotting Greeks plot North-West in comparison to Southern-plotting Greeks.
