As I said, there are more attractive/perfect women surely around, but many worse off even in the highest ranks of hollywood actresses for sure.

As for the second, she is not "chubby", but has just large tits and her WHR is rather bad going after that picture, just look at the hips... (picture might be misleading though)
And if talking about body fat in good proportions, not that slim like Alba, something like this comes to my mind first:
More fat than that is not needed, that is a "full slim" and very feminine figure.

^ If you don't prefer specific look it doesn't mean it is not attractive. Tastes are different but there are some universal norms (and they are more about proportions, proportions include good WHR).
