My gedmatch results

Mostly British-Irish heritage with North Italian GG grandparent. Gedmatch state at least 1/8 AJ heritage up to 1/4. But McDonald says 12-15% most realistic = 1/8. Not sure where AJ comes from as have genealogical records for all grandparents but suppose name changes and adoptions etc are unlikely but still possible. Either way a non-issue as AJ's/Sephardics = close to Sicilians/Greeks. Thinking my Italian heritage should be around 7% may clump together with AJ. What can people tell me regarding my gedmatch results and what tests are most important?
