Thanks, man. These ancient calcs are more interesting than modern calcs. What's even more interesting is that the Sweden_Ajvide59 belonged to Y haplogroup I-M170, ancestral to I1.

Yea. I wonder how I picked it up. Its higher for my father. its small though for both of us. The ancient calculators are definitely more interesting. It my not be accurate per se, but a decent indicator of DNA inherited from certain ancestral groups maybe.

Holy shit is R suppose to take forever calculating this ? I have R running it is taking a long time to calculate. Either that or its stuck in a loop or something or there is some bug.

First look different to me.

Your first one is not significantly different from mine give or take minimal increase/decrease of components. I am using the datasheet from anthro with added neolithic swedish samples. Some people tweek and remove/add populations to get different mixtures to devise the closest distances. Idk how to tweek all that stuff. I am also curious how people run restricted mode. My runs produce only unrestricted results.

Yeah, well, basically it matches your dna or scores to the populations they got in their database so one will get different results based on whats added.

I used only Bronze Age and Iron Age references, apart from the last two runs where I've included the Early Medieval Slavic (RISE568) sample from nowadays Czechia. The nMonte is based on Davidski's Global 10. K36 is not as strong for this task IMO.

I'm not sure what you mean. This nmonte uses k36 score not your whole raw data.

Yeah, notice how I said 'or scores' which makes it even less inaccurate imo rather than if it was your actual DNA.
