It's no surprise really. Romanians are a mix of northeast European-like ancestry mixed with Sicilian-like with some minor central/ east asian admixture. Since it seems that no calculator is interested in creating such a component for Romanians, they always score some "Non-European" which makes anti-Romanian trolls who can't understand how these calculators work jump for joy. I that's your result, then realistically (depending on how much east-asian Turkish contains) you can be said to have around 1.5-1.8% non-Euro.

Sure, they are quite similar to my earlier versions of 23andme. In the later versions the East Asian disappeared.
