Mostly Ustica, Pantelleria, and Lampedusa. I have not seen any results from here. However, the Aeolian islands are identical to Calabria and Messina genetically.
Ustica, north of Palermo, was settled by Phoenicians, and then eventually by settlers from the rest of Sicily.
Pantelleria shares the same history as Malta. I'd expect high North African input. They even spoke Arabic until the 1700s.
Lampedusa, I have no idea.
My inclination is that these islands will have a higher degree of MENA input than is typical for Sicily, because there was no Norman settlement and as far as I know, no direct Greek input either. But I could be wrong.
