Is NW Europe Germanic? in K29 (Geneplaza)

It says: "Orcadian, Scott, French, English"

Is that Celtic or Germanic influx?

I know right, it doesn't specify, I guess they aren't able to differentiate the two. Even tests that do have separate categories get celtic, germanic and scandinavian mixed up all the time. It would be good to know though.
What do you think of my results I have been told I'm 7/8 British and 1/8 Polish, with some possible Italian ancestry. I received 14.6% Sicilian out of nowhere. Would you say I have an Italian/Sicilian great-grandparent?

I'm not sure why people use the terms "Germanic" and "Celtic" etc. We know there is no pure mixture and I believe they were always mixed.

I get 99.3% Northern Europe on this calc. So it's obviously just representing modern Northern Europeans with all their present mixtures.
