This means that they are a bit "northeast" shifted compared to other Sicilians, and end up toward mainland Greeks, likely there was mainland Greek input when it was under Byzantine rule that also included some Slavic, or Greeks settled there more recently in the last 1000 years after they had been mixed with the Slavs.

Compare the result to that of a Palermitan relative of mine who has very little Baltic and much higher East Med:

Even many Maniots have lower Baltic than him

So he is clearly an outlier in that direction

Palermitans sometimes have only 1-2% Baltic they are probably the people with the lowest Baltic in all of Europe even lower
than that of Aegean Greeks
So there is nothing to compare realy
