I copied the data into "data.txt"
then run
"source('nMonte3.R')"
and
"getMonte('data.txt', 'target.txt', pen=0)"
But it gives me this error:

In addition: There were 18 warnings (use warnings() to see them"

What am I doing wrong ?

What is the difference in using pen=0 and pen=0.001? Which result is more accurate?

According to some people default pen=0.001 is the best. The good thing about pen=0 though is that every run you get the same result which is not true with pen>0

pen basically means: penalize distant components. For example, I am getting 8.4% of Neolithic_Farmers with pen=0 but Neolithic_Farmers is a quite distant component to me.
In the run with pen=0.001 my percentage of Neolithic_Farmers decreased substantially and it was replaced by closer components to me.

The most important thing to understand is that pen is basically a parameter that you may play with.
With pen=0 you get the best fit in terms of distance% but it may not be the most accurate in terms of your real ancestry.
