When testing is done, for instance, how do the following show results wise

1. If a half sister is tested, would she show as Very High Sibling... Not extremely High Sibling
2. What would her child show as?
3. What would her grandchild show as?

As per my last thread, I have a high probability 2nd cousin who is 20 years older and her mother was illegitimate in time such a thing was considered shameful.

Unfortunately, she tested at ancestry so no mtDNA result is available. My feeling is she is from the maternal side.

On the following tree, she is supposedly from my g/grandparents based on the following diagram but with half-siblings, does this result remain the same?

(Don't be confused by the 2nd great grandparents highlighted below)

1/2 siblings show the same level relationship as Aunt/Uncle/Grandparent I believe. The child of the 1/2 sibling would be a 1st cousin relationship (genetically) and grandchild a 2nd cousin (genetically). I think.
