Dear friends, DNA day is almost upon us and most companies are already pushing great deals on autosomal kits and other stuff.
What better opportunity to buy bulk for other family members.
What I'd like to ask the most knowledgeable of you is which company do you think has the best raw data files (FTDNA, Myheritage, 23andme, etc) currently?
Thank you, in advance.

all gedmatch calculators were created for older raw data versions. I don't think any of the newer versions of raw data files are fully supported by gedmatch. When I was tested on AncestryDNA some months ago I got a Version 2 raw data file. Now I see Version 3 files on Gedmatch. For matching they are fine, but not for calculators.
new 23andme V5 gets only ~50000 SNPs on Eurogenes K13 compared to 175000+ SNPs with older 23andme V3. And it's not only the SNPs but also the format and structure of the file that matters to get accurate readings.
