Dude you cant figure out what kind of ethnicity you are out of gedmatch. All Slavs are mixed, one is eastern, souther,western or northern shifted. Asking if you are of Croatian or Serbian origin is a complete nonsense throughout gedmatch. What makes someone a Serbian, Croatian or Bosniak? The only way you can find out is through your family not through those calcs.

It shouldn't make much of a difference. I have raw data from three companies and they all put me in approximately the same position. MyHeritage also has the best raw data after FTDNA with the biggest number of SNPs (excluding 23andme's V3),
