Since the test-retest correlation also encapsulates the stable correlation of identical twins, identical twins in the short run that have to do with the collection of measurements are correlated due to genetics for 70-75% and test-retest correlations are incredibly small considering long periods of time, it seems reasonable to think that traits that tend to last for life or for long periods of time are totally defined, or almost from the genome. The concordance rate between identical twins for many conditions could be far from 100 because the diagnoses are not very accurate.
