do you get bangladeshi and singapore indian d in oracles? The bangladesh is weird. i dont recall you getting that in any of your results. iirc you get gujarati or punjabi on harappa and eurogenes 13. can you post your results again for those two calcs?

He would need much more south asian to counter the european admixture thats true but the population distances are so far away, that he still wouldnt really fit with any of them. Thats what the 2-4 oracles are for, to see which population averages you could mix to get to a closer population distance, which in his case even has 25% of gujarati on K13.

Your dad may be 25% gypsy on paper, but how much of that gypsy ancestry has European admixture? How do you know that at least half of that isn't European? Yes Gypsy has european. All gypsies have european. Look at my signature. "Roma average: 45% Greek_Crete" so gypsies are already half european. My dad would be only a small amount non-european on a genetic test. Like 5% but he is still 25% gypsy. Every 25% gypsy would so he is not special in that regard. Im European but with 27% southasian_population on Oracle Im also mixed race. Lets say I were 10% or less I would be closer to being really European. But If there is only one choice Im rather european then non-european but Im really actually mixed.

I dont think gypsies are more mixed then you southasians. If we simplify along the line of westeuroasian/asi gypsies are the same mixed as you. they do not have east asian or negroid or amerindian. They can be modeled on the same cline as every other southasian.

I agree. The best thing would be to see her MDLP Ancient Roots. It is designed for Roma. She should be half Roma. I think to be fair there should be a roma category.
