One of my grandmother's matches
Jewish family from Casablanca (they probably migrated from the Atlas) and Marrakech.
In southern Morocco Jews are much less Sephardic and much more Tochavim (Pre Sephardi Jews that are in Morocco since phoenician Roman periods) so the high North African percentage is reasonable. I saw Jews from Northern Morocco with around 10% North African and that's because they are much more Sephardic ('European' Jews).

Basically something like 45% Judean, 40% Berber 15% European
Italian regions-
1. Sicily
2. Calabria
3. Lombardy (Northern Italy)
mtdna- H1 - Can be European or Berber
YDNA- R-Z93 (R1a) - Levantine
I'm trying to convince this person to upload his raw data to gedmatch. hopefully it would work.
