Europeaness is a cultural phantom, there are WHG, EEF, ANE, EEA and SSA genetic components in Europe, which one of them is European is up to you.

Yes. Not a Cop is wrong. SSA, East Eurasian are not genuinely European, even if they can be found in small amounts in parts of Europe. European is Hunter-Gatherer, Neolithic Farmer and Yamnaya/PIE.
