It was the Myceneans who brought these components to Greece, right? So why at G25 Mainland Greeks seem to have more Caucasus/Antolia than Myceneans and Iron Age Greeks?

Because we got one large population exchange in 1922
A native mainland Greek will score differently to a Greek that is native in Pontus.

Maybe for the Greek average. But it also implies in my case and I know that I have no relevant ancestry .

So you would say it is from ancient Anatolians and Phoenicians? Yes R-Z93 was found there but I think it was basal, not a specific clade.

Greeks had empires for many years it could come from anywhere. We have Greeks from Ukraine and Russia that settled in Greece in the 1970-1980s.. we had Greeks from Egypt settle in Greece in the 1950s. One needs to appreciate how large the Greek world was. Greeks from Romania and Bulgaria on Black sea were plentiful until recently and most resettled in Greece but many also stayed and assimilated easily. Don't spin your head too hard about it.

I mostly scored in Greece, Albania, North Macedonia, I also scored a lot in Bosnia, Croatia, North Italy, parts of North West Turkey... strange because I had big yellow dots all over Greece on AncestryDNA, and a lot of big ones in Albania, I also had loads of pinkish red ones scattered all over Bosnia, Croatia and Northern Italy...

From Dienekes made calculators? He’s a Pontian Greek so that says it all. Some things you just don’t take literally or just go with what your initial results are without 3rd party calculations
