You and him are both more western shifted, I've seen this before within K36 results where you have clearly more western shifted N. Africans and Eastern shifted. Me for myself I'm Eastern shifted (higher East_Med and Red_Sea on K13):

J1 is pretty old, it could've come through many waves (neolithic immigrations, Carthagian immigration, Arab immigration).

Yes of course but most moroccan J1 i saw had a specific arab subclade and on mytrueancestry my matches who had j1 were from spain (idk if it's accurate) anyway I should try to find my subclade to be sure

This is the only way to certainly know where your paternal ancestry came from, the branch you'll end up in will reveal if it's clustered with Spaniards or not.

Normally this testing costs at least 400 Euros, this is the most cheapest time to buy.

I have no idea tbh because I only ordered the kit for Y-DNA purpose. They give you the raw DNA and you should upload it on another website, they don't give you autosomal results.
