I've seen a similar admixture with a friend from church. She identifies as Greek. She is of Greek / Albanian origin. She definitely has Vlach + Bulgarian admixture. Most likely married Greek and assimilated. Here is my friends results:

The Albanians I am matching having Arabic names, I guess they are from western Macedonia and Albania

My 4 Grandparents are from Carpathian Mountains general area, they were all born just before or during WW2
