Nothing necessarily, but some of his genetics are closer to this component so the gedmacht calculator assigned a %.

They appear to be ethnic Polynesians, not just by autosomal admixture, but by mtdna and y-dna as well:

The only question is how did these two inidivduals end up in Brazil in that time period and whether the dating of the remains is wrong.

Maybe the crazy portuguese colonists and settlers brought some few Indians from Goa, Indonesians from Timor Leste and some Cantonese Chinese from Macau or Hong Kong here and there.
