Hi guys, someone know how to extract (For example extract from norwegian G25 coordinates the Yamnaya part) with Excel?
Could i also make an average between those coordinates? Till now i made it "manually", and it's a fcking long process.
Thank you.

Simple average between two values (in this case coordinates) is just standard excel function, just copy it for every columns with values.

You can convert coordinates automatically in tables, this is why they are separated by comma. i do it using the text to table converter with the word/text proccessor.
But check the coordinates visually before doing the means , because sometimes you must change some values to convert some decimals expressed in scientific notation or with values like 0.003 that sometimes give error punctually.
You can do means with 20 coordinates if you want.

And I donīt even use microsoft office, I use a free software, and not excel type spreadsheet, but as I said, word/text processor tool for doing tables.

Sorry for my ignorance, but which tables?
For example if i have 3 coordinates (ex. Ukrainian, tuscan and Greek)
How can i created just one? (A mix between them) In a simple way?

This is a image of one of my means:

The last row is the result of the mean of every column over it, where is the formula, in excell the notation is different that in Apache .probably for excell you must write =mean (A1:A2) to make the mean between the number that is in cell A1 and cell A2, and then (I donīt know the exact word in english) "drag" the formula trough teh 25 cells where the results will go...
In Excell you will do it faster, the only problem is to convert fast coordinates from text to table, if you donīt know how to do it, it takes a long time to cut and paste each coordinate into each cell.
Itīs difficult to explain all this in spanish, so imagine in english, I donīt know if you understand what I am telling you.:picard1:
I use a very "uncomfortable" way to do them.

i didn't use excel for a long time, but i think this works:
1 open the g25 spreadsheet in notepad
2 replace all commas with tabs
3 select all and paste it into excel
i use libre office calc now, there you can do this even faster. it's a free program.
