Eurogenes Global 25 (G25) ancestry test has become the most accurate test that anyone can found out in the non-commercial market. With a set of 25 coordinates values and a list of populations, one can get the most detailed ancestry breakdown.

To help everyone out, G25 Studio provides a library of calculators created by the homebrew ancestry community and a set of tools to ease the analysis of your ancestry by using the G25 coordinates.

The tools featured in G25 Studio are:

All-in-one interface:
Updated library of G25 calculators
Import of custom calculators from CSV and text files
Copy and paste of coordinates easily
Population selection for each run
Oracle:
Mixed Mode (*PRO)
1 Population
2 Populations (*PRO)
3 Populations (*PRO)
4 Populations (*PRO)
Distance method selection (Euclidean, Manhattan, Chebyshev) (*PRO)
nMonte:
Standard nMonte
Distance
Aggregates calculation
Multiethnic algorithm to improve the breakdown and avoid overfits (*PRO)
Population Analysis
PCA:
Principal Components selection to compare PCs
Zooming and selection

I did not know it existed, but I'll download and give the free version a spin.

You know what this means? Even more ways for us to model ourselves :D I see that it's quite new, I expected something big to come this September, great stuff. I'll also give it a try, if it looks good, I might buy the PRO version like I did with Admix Studio.

I'm using it now, took me a minute to figure out how to copy n paste coordinates and also run them at various distances, but it's working. I think I'll probably get the pro version for the PCA, but I'll mess around with the regular version for now.

@Lucas

What is the method used in Population Analysis -> User vs Population? I see that it is different than regular scaled single pop sharing.

I don't know. Ask author. He is currently on-line because I have problem in Win7 with custom calcs list and mailed him.

Alright, so I've tried a couple models. Pretty nice, finally I can model my father's ancestry too in a more sophisticated way. Here's some of his nMonte results:

How does it compare to Vahaduo?

How does it compare to Vahaduo?

Well the results are mostly the same but you have a nice interface and some additional settings. The coolest thing is that you can get 4 population oracles (like on GEDmatch), using G25 coordinates, which is entirely new, and a couple new things as well, but it's only available in the pro version. This is why I'm going to buy the pro version soon.

I guess my father would get something like 50% Bulgarian + 25% Romanian + 25% Georgian or something like this.

What are you retarded ? Use a virtual machine if you want to use it.

I want to see how it compares to genoplot I find the filter algorithm(s) they use interesting.

Sorry, but I don't think the 4 population oracles is new if I am not mistaken genoplot did it first with G25.

It is isn't a secret knowledge. 4 pop oracle could be used with any calc since creation in 2011 (?).

Ohh alright I didn't know that. It would be cool anyway to see what my father gets as a result.

I guess you mean when using R studio ?
