Two days ago i've received my mother's MyHeritage DNA results!
This is what she got there.

Also, here is her Eurogenes K13, well a bit surprising, but still a very local results. :) She is half Northern Hungarian from Borsod-Abaúj-Zemplén county and half Hungarian from Apostag/Solt, Bács-Kiskun County, Great Hungarian Plain.

But what exactly is suprising for her results? They look usual for eastern Hungarian.

But what exactly is suprising for her results? They look usual for eastern Hungarian.

The only surprising is her impressively close relationship with you my Croatian friends! She always get Croats on first place in almost every calculator! :)

That's beecause she is more Slavic and lesss western shifted from Hungarian average. :) But many Hungarians especially eastern score like that.
You are also highly Slavic, even more iirc, but also more northern than her thus you are very close to Slovaks if I am not mistaken.

Around that, yes. My father has 2-3% which is above average for ethnic Croat.

You can put her results to the K13 database! I am curious to see which TA member is her closest "relative". :) Maybe, it will be you!
