Couldn't find any, I was wondering if I cluster more to an average Polish person or Lithuanian person. Much appreciated if you help me :thumb001:

no, but you can find an unmixed Pole from Suwalki and and unmixed Lithuanian from your region and model yourself in vahaduo as a mix of the two, and see what % you get of each

Post your Eurogenes K36 results, this should help. You can also try Global25.

I used your K36 results posted above to run a targeted nMonte for you, using my K36 population averages. I selected only the following populations:

- Lithuanians (all regions), Poles (all regions), Lipka Tatars, Crimea Tatars, Crimea Karaites, Mariupol Greeks, Roma

[B]The results:

Lithuanian - 35.8%
Polish - 27.6%
Lipka Tatar - 24.2%
Mariupol Greek - 10.7%
Roma/Gypsy - 1.7%

^^^
The algorithm preferred Lipka Tatars instead of Crimean Tatars (but maybe it is because Lipka Tatars have some ethnic Polish/Lithuanian admixture?).

The algorithm also chose some % of Mariupol Greeks. You said Tashkent, right?:

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Greeks_in_Uzbekistan

"The biggest Greek community in the country is in the capital city of Tashkent where most of the Greek political refugees were relocated by the Soviet authorities."

Mariupol Greeks are descended from Crimean Greeks:

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Deportation_of_the_Soviet_Greeks

"shortly after the deportation of the Crimean Tatars, on 2 June 1944 the State Committee for Defense issued the decree N 5984 SS to extend the deportation to other people from Crimea.[9] 15,040 Soviet Greeks were consequently deported from the peninsula"

Thanks, although I think it's a bit inaccurate, it clusters me the most towards Mordovians and other Uralic people probably because of my mixed dna so it averages down my Tatar and European dna and puts me as a Mordovian, probably

Yup.
Interesting, so I guess my grandparent possibly had some greek in him too since his parents are most likely from Crimea

Thanks for posting those results :thumb001:

Ooo interesting, I do have ancestry from Volhynia and Eastern Ukraine. Do you know if the Upper Silesia sample is meant to be Polish regional or German? Thank you
