Instead of asking for ChatGPT to use the percentages directly you should use it like this:

Ask for it to use the percentages to describe the characteristics of the person indirectly, and not to use the percentages directly in the prompt, and then ask it to use those characteristics in the prompt, that's what I did for mine, the results are much better.
Other rule: NEVER ask it to use a realistic style, it's going to create a fake-looking image that is in realistic proportions, ask it to create a photo instead, I didn't do that, but it's even better when you ask for specific camera that shot it.

This is what I told ChatGPT:
Create a prompt of a photo of an European Male, 30 years old with following dna results, german and french 85%, slavic 13% and southern european 1%, don't put the percentages directly on to the prompt, only the characteristics associated with them, create the image and then show me the prompt.

It's not going to be that realistic, because the AI model isn't as good, but then I put the same prompt from Chatgpt into Flux (pro):

Instead of asking for ChatGPT to use the percentages directly you should use it like this:

Ask for it to use the percentages to describe the characteristics of the person indirectly, and not to use the percentages directly in the prompt, and then ask it to use those characteristics in the prompt, that's what I did for mine, the results are much better.
Other rule: NEVER ask it to use a realistic style, it's going to create a fake-looking image that is in realistic proportions, ask it to create a photo instead, I didn't do that, but it's even better when you ask for specific camera that shot it.

This is what I told ChatGPT:
Create a prompt of a photo of an European Male, 30 years old with following dna results, german and french 85%, slavic 13% and southern european 1%, don't put the percentages directly on to the prompt, only the characteristics associated with them, create the image and then show me the prompt.

It's not going to be that realistic, because the AI model isn't as good, but then I put the same prompt from Chatgpt into Flux (pro):

They look consistent, because it's the same prompt.

I used this advice, but had to game the system a bit. Specified short dark hair and quarterback, LOL. (I didn't play football, just looked like I did.) These somewhat resemble me in my prime.
