Attitudinal Psyche a.k.a. Psychosophy (Short Theory + Short sort of a test)

Rating: 1 votes, 1.00 average.
Little theoretical part:

There are 24 types (example of a type name: 1F2V3L4E or simply FVLE; also these 24 types are divided into 6 sextas by the same values, so each sexta is different from another sexta by values; each type has only one fully matching type for it). There are 4 aspects and 4 positions for each aspect. Aspects: F (Physics), V (Volition), L (Logic), E (Emotion). Positions: 1 (+/-), 2 (+/+), 3 (-/-), 4 (-/+).

+/ means you are able to have it for yourself properly on your own. Strong.

-/ means you are not able to have it for yourself properly on your own. Weak.

/+ means you are able to give it to others properly on your own. Adaptive.

/- means you are not able to give it to others properly on your own. Dominant.

Every 1st position is Strong and Dominant (because of +/-), every 2nd position is Strong and Adaptive (because of +/+), every 3rd position is Weak and Dominant (because of -/-) and every 4th position is Weak and Adaptive (because of -/+).

If the same aspect is in the 1st and 4th positions within two different people, then their same aspect is in result-oriented positions (1st and 4th), and this will be a matching between the same aspects in different positions, but it doesn't make those two types match each other fully, except for the full matching types, obviously (example: 1F of one person matching 4F of another person). The key word for that interaction is "result" (because it is a +/- and -/+ interaction; each one of two persons in an interaction gives the other plus and minus, but differently for completeness' sake).

If the same aspect is in the 2nd and 3rd positions within two different people, then their same aspect is in process-oriented positions (2nd and 3rd), and this will be a matching between the same aspects in different positions, but it doesn't make those two types match each other fully, except for the full matching types, obviously (example: 2V of one person matching 3V of another person). The key word for that interaction is "result" (because it is a +/+ and -/- interaction; one person gives the pluses since +/+ is altruistic ("I have enough for myself, so I can both share and adapt"), and the other person receives them since he is dominant and in need (because of -/-) for completeness' sake).

An example of a fully matching type: for 1F2V3L4E / FVLE type is 1E2L3V4F / ELVF.

Before self-typing / completing the test:

Basically you read the following descriptions and choose one number for each and every aspect (V, L, F, E), it doesn't make sense to choose 2 numbers in one aspect (example: you've chosen 1F and 3F at the same time) in terms of completing your typing within what this typology is based on (if you compare options within one category, they are not the same thing logically or a completing thing to each other in terms of "I, as a person, can have both 1F and 3F (same aspect and different position) in my type at the same time," but those descriptions for one category are different and realistically different, so if you have that issue with choosing more than one option in one category, you are not truly knowing yourself well enough; try to pay more attention to your character, it might help you to get typed). So after choosing 1 of 4 numbers in every category, you will get your type (example: if I've chosen 1E, 2F, 3L, 4V, then it means that my type is EFLV). So here are the categories (and don't take labels that are in brackets with underlines, like "Student," "Active," "Henchman," etc., too literally; they are more or less for you to have some kind of conclusion, maybe with an exception for the Emotion or Feelings category; those might be taken literally, but still, as long as the description of the four temperaments that you will be using is more about emotions and feelings and not about anything else):

Emotions or Feelings (E):

1E (+/-), Strong and Dominant: People like that get fully red and angry when offended (Choleric).

2E (+/+), Strong and Adaptive: Red/pink-cheeked type people (naturally/without any makeup that people do use for that effect, but I've might say that this one trait might be doubtful for me, I think I need more experience with this one to fully check it, in terms of red/pink-cheeked trait correlation to 2E); when offended, they switch to another emotion quite fast and tend to look at the situation from the other side emotionally (Sanguine).

3E (-/-), Weak and Dominant: people like that do downplay their emotions when they are offended (Phlegmatic).

4E (-/+), Weak and Adaptive: people like that become a crybaby when they are offended or bottling up their emotions (Melancholic).

Emotions or Feelings (E): They do not mean how good or bad you are with Ethics, like understanding relationships or somebody's behavior and the ability to show one of yours properly (Ethics are part of Socionics, which is a part of another typology). It just means how good or bad you are with showing or understanding an emotion or a feeling itself, whatever the behavior or relation is following it.

Physics or Matter (F):

1F (+/-), Strong and Dominant: people like that have no problem with their body fat as long as it suits them and they know how to keep it healthy; they will feed another person (or give this person gifts, or they will help this person with having other material things) without giving this person any options or being too detailed about it, though (Grounded).

2F (+/+), Strong and Adaptive: People like that tend to make muscles out of their body fat; they will feed you (or help you to become a fisherman on your own when you are down & out, if they have a reason or a motivation to do so) according to your taste (as long as it is healthy), or they will offer you options, but you have to do something for them that requires physical activity, and it will be more of a chore-type of thing (Active).

3F (-/-), Weak and Dominant: people like that have an ideal body image or description for it (how their body should look), but they have no motivation to reach it on their own (more or less) usually, plus they are too much of picky eaters (not taste-wise, more like just dish variety-wise, and they might not be following that either perfectly), and they are very picky with clothes, furniture, etc. (Capricious).

4F (-/+), Weak and Adaptive: People like that have no problem with their body fat as long as it suits them; they do not know how to keep it healthy on their own (Lazy).

Physics or Matter (F): They don't mean how good or bad you are with sensory (Senses) information like inner and outer senses (Senses are in Socionics, which is another typology); it is basically how good or bad you are with physics or matter.

Logic or Thinking and Talking (L):

1L (+/-), Strong and Dominant: people like that tend to think on their own, and they have a monologue-like way of talking, more like a Q&A (Question and Answer) way of talking or a formed argument versus a formed argument to see which one is the strongest and more truthful (Teacher).

2L (+/+), Strong and Adaptive: People like that tend to see things from different perspectives every time; they can help to form an argument in a dialogue because they can talk and think at the same time (Arguer).

3L (-/-), Weak and Dominant: People like that can't form an argument on their own; they do prefer only dialogues so they can be heard (Fool).

4L (-/+), Weak and Adaptive: People like that are listeners and learners; they do prefer a monologue way of talking so they can listen and ask questions if they do not understand something (Student).

Logic or Thinking and Talking (L): They don't mean how good or bad you are with understanding and facts and explanations and inserting them properly within your thinking or talking. (Explanation and Facts is a part of Logic (a different one; just the same word is used) in Socionics, which is another typology), Logic or Thinking and Talking is basically the way you think and talk.

Volition or Determination (V):

1V (+/-), Strong and Dominant: People like that will decide everything on their own, even when being in a group, where this decision will affect the whole group, and are most likely to do that without asking anyone (Leader).

2V (+/+), Strong and Adaptive: People like that will help to make the decision that will suit everybody in the group, or I will find a compromise, most likely to give people options, not choices, but options, since everybody has a choice (Diplomat).

3V (-/-), Weak and Dominant: People like that will either not be able to decide instantly and properly on their own, or they can make a decision, but then they tend to give up fast on making the next step according to that decision, or they will struggle again to make the next decision that will be adequate to the previous decision or to the new chains of events that they have no strings attached to any previous decision that was made before, but it can be seen like that (the new chains of events and its connection to old decisions) if we don't add any philosophy like the Butterfly Effect or something (Rebel).

4V (-/+), Weak and Adaptive: People like that do listen to those who confidently decide for them without giving them options that are not necessary in the moment / situation, and they just follow the decision that's been given to them with obedience as long as it is okay for them to do so (Henchman).

Volition or Determination / Will (V): They don't mean the understanding of opportunities and alternatives or the understanding of time, because for that there is an Intuition (Opportunities that usually can be found and understood through Associations, and understanding of time is a part of Intuition in Socionics, which is another typology). Volition or Determination / Will, is only about understanding the decisions and the ability to make them or to follow them.
